Cuba
Cuba is the largest island in the Caribbean, and the only communist country in the Western Hemisphere. Its capital city is Havana. Cuba is rich in culture; a blend of African, Caribbean, and Latin American food, music, etc. Snorkeling and scuba diving are popular activities for tourists, and the Bay of Pigs, well known for a failed military invasion, is a top destination for tropical fish encounters.

Music
Musically, Cuba is home to two iconic genres: salsa and reggaeton. Salsa is very percussive, using the likes of the bongos, congas, timbales, güiro, claves, maracas, and cowbell, alongside piano, double bass (or bass guitar or synthesizer), tres, and horns. Reggaeton is a blend of hip hop, dancehall, and reggae, and has seen a multitude of hits like Despacito.
Baseball
Cuba is big on baseball. Even before the Americans came, Cubans considered it as a decolonial sport in contrast to bullfighting.
