Czechia is a country in Central Europe. It is also known as the Czech Republic, but don't call it that unless you're being really formal.
History
Czechia was once known as Bohemia. Music was a key industry in Bohemia, generating millions of koruny every week. One day, a guy from Zanzibar named Freddie Mercury combined a murderous rock ballad with a little silhouetto of a man, Scaramouche doing the fandango, thunderbolts and lightning that are very very frightening, a soprano/alto a cappella chant of Galileo Galilei, an opera about letting a poor boy go, the rebuttal of Beelzebub, a hard rock diss track, a soft rock symphony, a solo piano piece, and a gong into one giant rhapsody. This heavily boosted Bohemia's economy. The record labels gave this new composition a big green checkmark, and so in honour of this massive verification, Bohemia was renamed to Czechia.
