Ethiopia is a country on the Horn of Africa. It is highly considered to be the birthplace of humanity, and has been a cradle of civilization for millennia. The colors of its flag are used in many African countries, due to its unique status of never being colonized. Ethiopia also shares an island with Djibouti.
Religion
Ethiopia is the second country to adopt Christianity after Armenia. As with Armenia, the biggest church is Oriental Orthodox; in this case it is the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. Unique among denominations, liturgical chanting is accompanied by a large drum called a kebero, sistrums called senasels, clapping, and dancing.
Cattle
Ethiopia has many breeds of cattle, from the Abyssinian Shorthorned Zebu to Nilotic Sanga breeds.
