Brunei

Brunei is a Southeast Asian country with two regions known for its surprisingly rich sultan, which has a net worth of around $30B. He also has around 7,000 cars. From an ethical perspective, that would be too much. One car is needed. If I were the sultan, I would give the other 6,999 or so to other people.
