Progressivism
Despite the American missionaries, Uganda has made surprisingly progressive moves. Women took up 63% of Uganda's government in the end of 2016, and maybe that number could bounce back to end-of-2016 levels in coming years. Meanwhile, Uganda became the first country to outright ban plastic bags in 2007. Good job, Uganda!
